Counseling is the professional relationship that empowers individuals, to accomplish mental health, wellness, education, and career goals. I like to use a holistic style, utilizing different types of therapy approach.
It is the term used to treat psychological clinical issues. As per with counseling, I utilize a holistic approach in the psychotherapy process. The combination of Humanistic/Client Centered Approach, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, among others.

Affirmative Therapy is about creating a space where your identity, culture, experiences, and truth aren’t just tolerated—they’re honored, centered, and celebrated. Whether you’re navigating marginalization, unpacking internalized beliefs, or simply trying to figure out who you are in a world that keeps trying to define you for you, this work is about liberation through validation.
I specialize in working with folks who have been “othered” in traditional spaces—first-gen, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, disabled, neurodivergent, or those living at the intersection of many identities. If you’ve ever felt unseen, misunderstood, or silenced in therapy, this is the exact opposite of that.

This isn’t performative allyship or checkbox inclusivity. I bring lived experience, cultural fluency, clinical training, and real human understanding into the room. I see all of you—your roots, your resistance, your resilience, and your right to take up space exactly as you are.

Resilience-Informed Therapy is about honoring the strength it took to get here—while helping you build a life that doesn’t just revolve around surviving. You already know how to push through, hold it all together, and carry more than most people will ever understand. What you might not know (yet) is how to feel safe enough to rest, to receive, to feel joy without guilt, or to exist without constantly being in “fight mode.”
That’s where I come in.
In this work, we recognize that your resilience isn’t a weakness—it’s your superpower. But even superpowers have limits. My role is to help you understand how trauma, adversity, and generational patterns shaped your coping—and then help you expand your capacity for healing, connection, and self-trust beyond the survival zone.
